Support is a very important part of any host. Unfortunately many others do not offer the level of service they should for their paying customers. You will be happy to know that even though we are offering a TOTALLY FREE hosting system, we do NOT compromise on security, service or support.
We have staff available to not only assist with questions you may have BEFORE you are a client, but our staff are always around for help, advice and support. From the minute you sign up, our tech guys will be in contact to answer ANYTHING you may wish to know. Our staff will move your entire website over for you “hassle free” they will test your website, let you test it, and then (and only then) that we all know there is no issues with your website we will ask you to update the DNS information (or we will even do that for you if you like) and your website will be live and viewable to the world.
Important! – we use only the best, fastest and latest equipment in our entire NOC (network operations center), these are extremely reliable machines but when ever you are dealing with mechanics things can happen, equipment can fail for one reason or another. We do everything humanely possible to have back ups and spare parts in place but it is always possible that something can happen that we did not think of. Our clients will tell you that we have a guaranteed 99.999% uptime and even in that 0.001% of cases when something does happen, you can rest assured that we are on the case right away. We have monitoring software that pages our staff to let us know which server is showing signs if a problem, and it is usually solved within 12 minutes of the issue starting.

Inside the admin area are links to set up non-emergency items like email accounts and adding domains. These are always completed within 24 hours. If you have a serious problem there is a “911” email address and a phone number so you can always contact someone instantly.
